Terms of Use
The ground rules for reading AI Noizmakr, subscribing to the newsletter and joining the conversation. Plain English, no traps.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of ainoizmakr.com (the “Site”) and the AI Noizmakr newsletter, run by AI Noizmakr (“we”, “us”), an independent publication based in the United Kingdom.
By using the Site or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
2. What we provide
AI Noizmakr publishes news, analysis, tool reviews and tutorials about artificial intelligence, plus a free weekly email briefing. Reading the Site and receiving the newsletter is free.
We plan to add new features, such as an AI tools directory, prompt library, member community, live workshops and deep-dive reports. Some may be paid or have their own additional terms, which we will show you before you sign up.
3. Information only, not professional advice
Everything we publish is for general information and education. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, security or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. This includes content in our “Money with AI” and “Policy & Safety” topics.
AI changes quickly. We work hard to be accurate and to correct mistakes, but products, prices, features and rules can change after we publish. Always check the latest information from the provider, and get professional advice before making important decisions. Any results mentioned in tutorials or case studies are examples, not guarantees.

6. Acceptable use
When using the Site, please don’t:
- post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringing someone else’s rights;
- post spam, advertising or affiliate links in comments without our permission;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation;
- try to hack, overload or disrupt the Site, or get around security measures;
- use bots or scrapers to copy large parts of the Site, including to build datasets or train AI models, without our written permission;
- sign up other people to the newsletter without their permission.
We may remove content or block access if these terms are broken.
7. Our content
The articles, newsletter issues, design, logo and name “AI Noizmakr” are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
You are welcome to read, share links to, and quote short extracts from our content for non-commercial purposes, as long as you credit AI Noizmakr and link to the original. For anything more, such as republishing full articles, email hello@ainoizmakr.com.
8. Third-party tools and links
We regularly review and link to AI tools, websites and services run by other companies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, pricing, security or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider’s own terms, so please read them before signing up or sharing data.
A mention or review is our honest opinion at the time of writing, not an endorsement or guarantee.
9. Sponsors, advertising and affiliate links
To keep AI Noizmakr free, we may include sponsorships, advertisements or affiliate links. Sponsored content will always be clearly labelled as sponsored, and affiliate links will be disclosed. Sponsors do not get editorial control, and we never share subscribers’ personal data with them. Advertising and partnership agreements are covered by separate terms — contact partners@ainoizmakr.com.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or free from viruses. We may change, pause or stop any part of the Site or newsletter at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes, we will let subscribers know.
11. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Because the Site and newsletter are free and for information only, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on our content, your use of third-party tools we mention, or the Site being unavailable. If you use the Site for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
